GUIDED TOURS

Pole Green Park Nature Trail

This is a fairly short and easy 1.5 mile trail that takes you along creeks and through a forest.  The hike begins with an out-and-back walk on a spur trail, then continues with a small loop trail.  In the springtime, there is an abundance of wildflowers here.  At the trailhead, there is a dog park and equestrian center.

Pole Green Park Back Loop

This 1.7 mile hike leads through mowed fields, forests, and stream banks. It is rated moderate due to a few small hills. Roughly half the walk is in open fields and can be very warm in the summer - bring water. There are a number of birds and plants to be discovered here, and we will point out a few.
